Flavio Cipriani is the authentic voice of true Roman tradition, and the founder of a historic pizzeria in the heart of Garbatella, Rome.In Bologna, the city of the Two Towers, Flavio decided to put down new roots, bringing with him the culinary soul of the magnificent Eternal City \u2014 and sharing his love of Roman cuisine and his meticulous care in selecting only the finest ingredients.<\/p>\n

And so Pistamentuccia was born \u2014 the restaurant where flavor, quality, and conviviality come together under one common thread: warm Roman hospitality.<\/p>\n

At our restaurant, you’ll find the authentic flavors of the Capital: endless gricia, suppl\u00ec, and abbacchio \u2014 and, if you’re lucky, seasonal gems like carciofi alla giudia and savory puntarelle.<\/p>\n
