In Bologna, the city of the Two Towers, Flavio decided to put down new roots, bringing with him the culinary soul of the magnificent Eternal City — and sharing his love of Roman cuisine and his meticulous care in selecting only the finest ingredients.
And so Pistamentuccia was born — the restaurant where flavor, quality, and conviviality come together under one common thread: warm Roman hospitality.
