To kick things off, we have our starters, where the Roman character shows its full force. We are waving goodbye to the summer freshness of panzanella and anchovies to welcome two robust, savoury dishes: tongue meatballs, which tell the story of the most genuine home cooking, and Porchetta di Ariccia, with its unmistakable crunch and the aroma of herbs. Puntarelle and spuntature: comforting flavours that warm the heart
The heart of the menu is refreshed with our pasta dishes, the true soul of Roman cuisine. We say goodbye to summer flavours to welcome new creations just waiting to be tasted. Our homemade gnocchi arrive with pork ribs (spuntature), bringing bold and comforting flavours to the table. You loved them with octopus this summer, so we decided to bring them back, but with ribs, for those feeling nostalgic for last winter. We continue with tonnarelli paired with puntarelle, showcasing a fresh and authentic spirit that evokes the Roman winter in every forkful. We wrap up the pasta dishes with a grand return: homemade fettuccine with artichokes, delicate and fragrant, designed to celebrate one of the season’s most beloved vegetables. Three different dishes, but united by a common thread: handmade fresh pasta and the authenticity of home cooking.
Spezzatino with potatoes and peas: the ultimate winter comfort food
The new menu concludes with a main course that smells like home: slow-cooked stew (spezzatino) with potatoes and peas. Tender, comforting, and a true comfort food capable of immediately bringing back family memories and warm atmospheres, perfect for the season.
