For us, the true taste of Italy’s Capital is sacred: every single ingredient is chosen through a unique sourcing process that, at times, takes several months.
Our menu is a journey that begins with boards of cured meats and cheeses — strictly Slow Food — and continues into traditional Roman appetizers. The first courses are the highest expression of Roman culinary tradition, as are the main courses, which taste like Rome from the very first bite.
Don’t miss the standout sides, like puntarelle and artichokes, and finish on a high note with the delicious desserts crafted by our pastry chef.

Roman first courses are full of flavor — we use very little salt in the cooking water; the savoriness comes from the Pecorino Romano and the guanciale.
