Our pizzas start with the finest ingredients — because, as the saying goes, well begun is half done.
We let the dough rise for at least 72 hours, then stretch it by hand directly into the pan to keep its texture intact.
After baking, our pizza turns out incredibly fragrant and crispy — light and irresistible all at once.
